Do-nothing (D) Congressman John Lewis has represented the Atlanta 5th District for over two decades and has abysmally failed to initiate any means and projects to improve the lives of the district voters. Election after elections he has estranged himself from the access of the people and has become insensitive and lackadaisical to their needs. Congressman John Lewis has become mausoleum-like cold and aloof from his constituents! This Representative is in bad need of replacement; and his opponent, (R) Fenn Little, is just the man for the job!
However, Mr. Little has, repeatedly, challenged Congressman John Lewis to debate him for the "congressman-ship" of the 5th District on a television forum; yet the Congressman's answer is always the same, "I don't debate unknowns." Wow! What conceit, arrogance, complacence and high-mindedness! Could it be that this Congressman can't prove anything he has done; currently, in the process of doing or envisioning doing to improve the lives of the residents in the 5th District? Mr. John Lewis, your refusal to debate the appraisal of your 24-year service in the 5th District with your opponent, Mr. Fenn Little, is unfair and a lack of courage. Instead of ducking and dodging, you should be proud and eager to stand before your constituents and explain why they should re-elect you instead of electing your opponent, Mr. Fenn Little.
Meanwhile, the Atlanta 5th District needs "new blood" representation. Unlike, Congressman John Lewis, Mr. Fenn Little brings with him the modern political leadership, skills and abilities so badly needed in the Twenty-First Century. One of My Replies to an E-mail from President Obama and his Democratic Congress

No! As a devout Christian, writer and blogger I will not help you, President Obama and the Democratic Congress turn America into a world's second Sodom and Gomorrah! I'm angry as hell is, without a soul! Think about it, man, you guys have degrees from universities and yet don't have the ability to observe and glean from the sexual activities of the animal kingdom (that there's no copulating going on between same-sex animals) that same-sex is a perversion against Mother Nature. What you guys don't understand about the by-word, "You can't fool Mother Nature"!? You mean to tell me, as educated Homo sapiens, you feel no shame and disgust, as Congressman Barney Frank and others alike, sit along beside you enacting unreasonable, illogical abominable laws for us Christian to follow and obey? I totally blame the Democratic Party for the State of America today. Three decades ago, the Democrats decided to rebel against God through our innocent children by replacing His Ten Commandments with guns and drugs in our schools, by passing laws, usurping the authority of the father, as head of the family, to discipline his children in according with the precepts of God--creating a generation of disobedience, rebellion, antagonism and violence toward parents, and most of all you caused God to withdraw His blessing from America! Need I say more? I'll say, within the last thirty years, you made a difference in America, alright!
Oh, by the way, the next time you finished making your little speeches, to the American people, please don't end them with, "And God bless America"! What nerves, the same God you're trying to kick out of America, you're now asking Him to bless it?! Come on, man! You think God's stupid? Hell no, God's not stupid, you guys are! You're stupid, even to think that you can throw God out of the country that He, along, has made!
Meanwhile, there is one thing that I do agree with you on, and that is, Senator John McCain is a carbon copy of that lying mass-murdering, war-crime committing ex-President George W. Bush! I shudder in my shoes every time I think about how this mendacious caused tens of thousands of our innocent young boys and girls to be slaughtered and wounded in the illegal, Iraqi Bush's war; and our incompetent US Congress refused to hold him accountable under our country's rule of law (I deal with this at length in my blog pages at: http://thundercatspeaks.blogspot.com; and at: http://www.myspace.com/sir_leonard)! Oh yes, what happened to your committee, seeking the truth about the fraudulent basis for the Iraqi war? Did your "political correctness" DNA caused you to abandon the project? Barring Bush, what Senator John McCain has going for him is, at least, he's a member of the Republican Party that believes in the principles of God; while your party, the Democratic Party believes in the opposite, in the principles of the Devil.

Self-appointed "Bishop" Eddie Long reminded me of O. J. Simpson the day he was charged with murdering his wife, which he openly denied before being arrested. After being arrested he clammed up and let his attorneys do the talking. As I always say, "The truth never needs defending; while a lie continuously needs defending." If Bishop Long did not commit the offenses he's accused of committing, he could have not said anything that could've been held against him in any code of law. What's he hiding? The fact is that no matter what you say, when telling the truth, the results will always add up to the truth; and there shouldn't have been any apprehension in him not following his Attorney's advice. When you're accused of something, of which you know you're innocent, your body defense mechanism automatically begins busting loose, inside, defending you, regardless, of any given advice.
Meanwhile, how about these four boys this fake preacher victimized, and the damage he has done to his wife and four children? If his wife is a real woman, she will divorce this clown and kick him to the curb! The chance is that these young men were virgins who are going to have many problems and much confusion in their future heterosexual relationships; if so, regardless of age, Bishop Eddie Long should be charged with child molestation and thrown in jail. President of the NAACP, Julian Bond, commenting on Bishop Eddie Long's sexual abuse lawsuits, "Eddie Long is a raving homophobe (even one himself, he hates homosexuals) and worthy of death."
In the meantime, I suggest the New Birth Missionary Baptist Church's board of directors launch its own investigation; and after the courts gets through with the Bishop, then they could deal with him--like confiscating his jet plane, properties and any monies in bank accounts and put in trust funds on his behalf. Strip this clown of all he's gained through the membership of this church!

Hollywood goes to Church (Mega Preachers)
God’s Word is not for sale! The Word of God has been commercialized by these Hollywood preachers…”You can get the video for a donation of $25.00 or audio tape for $5.00 of this sermon in its entirety by calling the number on the screen.” This is a typical occurrence on your TV screen, “Sundayly!” I looked up the definition of the word “donation” in the dictionary; it means go give, contribute. Then I looked up the word “sell.” It means to exchange money for goods or services. This tells me that when you donate, you give freely without receiving anything; when you sell, you exchange money for goods or services. It’s very clear to me that when a preacher says, “I will send you the tape or video if you will send a donation of $25.00,” that this is exchanging money for a product, making this a business transaction which is a sale. This man is selling God’s Word for his own profit. In asking for donations for their ministries, I suggest that they ask in a more humble way, like, “We will send you this tape or video free for the asking; and if God lays it on your heart to send a donation to help our ministry, we would greatly appreciate it.” This way, the person would get the tape or video whether he donates or not. This would be on God’s level!
However, I doubt if these mega preachers would ever give up this lucrative means of fleecing Christians out of multimillions of dollars via this surreptitious scheme. I can imagine just how late these Hollywood preachers stay up late at night putting together those one-verse sermons and tricky titles to fit their agenda. Their entire mission is to appeal to and maneuver the female into a money- giving mode; for they know that the female is the most excitable creature on earth! These preachers' philosophy about females is that they think with their emotions instead of with their heads. Instead of preaching the old fashion, way of salvation sermons, all these mega preachers are preaching how- to- get- wealth sermons. It’s a common “spiritual” thing for these high-profile preachers to teach seed-sowing and tithe-paying messages. On TV one Sunday, I heard one of these preachers say, “If you’re not paying your tithes you’re going to hell!” He went on to use the Bible to rationalize his statement by saying, “God says you’re a robber and all robbers will be cast into the lake of fire!” (Scare Tactic!) On another occasion, in an arrogant tone, I heard one of these preachers say to his congregation, “After preaching my heart out, if I didn’t ask you all to give money, you wouldn’t give a dime; If I were
God I’d take my lightning and strike you dead!” This even insulted me and I was only a viewer! His congregation should have demanded that he apologize to it, on public TV, or the congregation should’ve left the church. Another Hollywood preacher was telling his audience how to become debt free by following a certain biblical principle. He said that his mother called him one day and said to him, “I don’t owe anybody anything-- but love!” I couldn’t from responding out loud to myself, “I’m sure she doesn’t owe any one because you’ve paid off all her debts with other people’s hard-earned money!” This same preacher is teaching his followers that God says not only he wants them to prosperous in spirit but also in health and wealth. Yes, this is in the Bible, but God didn’t say that; an Elder of the church said it! This is the verse this preacher constantly uses when teaching this prosperity game.
Meanwhile, this story I’m about to tell you is so far out that I’m almost too embarrassed to share it with you; but I guess I will! A well -known, high-profile mega-preacher appearing on a well-known, popular begging Christian Net Work, trying to convince viewers to pick up their phone and call in and make a pledge of $2000.00 to this Christian Network, said after preaching a sermon on, “How to Receive God’s Blessing,” one of his fellow- preacher friend, standing by his side, said to him, “I want this blessing! I have a 100-dollar bill right here and I have a speeding ticket to pay tomorrow which is 100 dollars. Should I pay the ticket or give the 100 dollars for the blessing?” I told him to pay the ticket. He said, “I want the blessing!” I said, “Give the 100 dollars for the blessing!” We went back and forth. He finally gave the 100 dollars. Three nights later, he said that he asked the man had he received the blessing. The man said no. He said that he told his friend preacher that he had to wait on God. He said the next night the man came running into the church with a big brown envelope in his hand, screaming, “I got the blessing!” He said he asked him what happened. He said, “I got a phone call yesterday; and a man asked me to meet him over to his house. I went over there and met the man. The man said that he was a big business man and he said that he owned lots of houses and property. He said that God had awaken him and told him to give me his best house and deeds to it. I told him but I don’t know you. Then he said that God said to him but I know you both. The man said that God gave him my phone number.” What a cock ’n’ bull story right out of the pit of hell!
There’s more, the “principle of reciprocity” scam—God won’t bless and he can’t bless you unless you make a personal sacrifice—give money! You give, you receive, you don’t give, and you can’t receive. They go on to tell you that you’re still in debt, living in poverty and your finances are still skimpy because you haven’t been following this principle and the sooner you start the sooner these negatives conditions will go away; and that the principle of reciprocity is the only guaranteed route to prosperity.
Now hear this and hear it good, there’s no other magic formula for getting out of debt and getting wealth except by making wise choices, doing hard work and having a relentless determination. It is not meant for everyone to be wealthy. Jesus said, “The poor will always be with you.”
Furthermore, shortly after this wave of mega-preachers caught on, did you noticed how these preachers began staging concert-like conferences all across America? This is where they make their personal appearances and take your money! So, all you ladies out there keep your money in your purses! Let those clowns go and find themselves another job!
Mean while, there’s no doubt in my mind that there’s a network of millionaires, surreptitiously, set up to scheme and plot how to fleece naïve, vulnerable people--especially women--out of their hard -earned money. I won’t name the well-known, popular network that I suspect as the culprit; but I’m very sure you already know the one I’m talking about! I’ve never seen a preacher, appearing on this network, preach a straight sermon without stopping every five minutes asking you to pick up the phone and call in a pledge of a great sum of money. It’s unbelievable, how people can be so naive and foolish to donate their hard-earned money to these crooked devils. Within the last two years, this popular Network seemed to have become the sponsor for all the mega churches in America, because they all do their TV shows on this one channel. Haven’t you noticed how the lady host of the Network dresses? Just like some cheap saloon girl! All that make up and funny looking wigs--she’s a gas!
In closing, what about when God anoints and truly sends an individual out there to preach the gospel? Do you ask for money? That's a fair question. First of all, God equips his servant with the Holy Spirit which will guide him unto the truth. Secondly, He says first seek Him and His righteousness and He shall supply all your needs. Notice, He didn’t say that He would supply what you don’t need; such as, 2000 dollar suits, 200, 000 dollar homes and super salaries, expense accounts, multi-million dollar church-dome buildings and Lear jet airplanes. These preachers say that these planes are necessary, to fly them around the world to preach the gospel; the TV medium is set up to do that! God said that He sent His Word and it healed the land. This is evidence that these preachers have these things only out of pride and covetousness. My belief is that these are the people God is talking about when He says, “They already have their rewards!”
Remember, the ones that God sent out into the highways and byways, He specifically instructed them to take no money and only one coat for clothing and one pair of shoes; and on their way they were to stop by people houses, and those who accepted them, they were to spend the night, and those who rejected them, they were to shake the dust out from under their feet and keep on trekking. You see, God could’ve given them chariots for transportation, and silver and gold to pay their expenses; but He didn’t. First, these things would’ve interfered with the innocence of the true message they were to impart. Second, God wanted them to trust and depend entirely up on Him for their needs.
I want all you high-profile, Hollywood preachers out there to carefully listen to what I’m about to say! Instead of just reading those Bible verses that fit your agenda, you should try reading the whole Bible! You’ll find that there are many, many places in there where God says that He’ll take the wealth from the wicked and give it to His children. Please, observe that God didn’t say that He’ll make the wicked, you’re to ask the wicked or you are to beg the wicked—no, no, no, no, no! God says He’ll TAKE the wealth from the wicked and give it to His children! This means that when God truly sends you out there, you don’t have to worry about finances, He’ll take care of that for you. All you’ll have to do is preach His gospel. Amen? All God wants is for you to do His will and He’ll do the rest. Amen.

Please, observe that God didn’t say that He’ll make the wicked, you’re to ask the wicked or you are to beg the wicked—no, no, no, no, no! God says He’ll TAKE the wealth from the wicked and give it to His children! This means that when God truly sends you out there, you don’t have to worry about finances, He’ll take care of that for you. All you’ll have to do is preach His gospel. Amen? That's what you get when you put your faith and trust in the hands of man instead of in the hands of God! The Shepherd David once said that, "I chose to do the right thing when I chose to put my faith and trust in the hands of God instead of in the hands of man."
In 1999, a crusade tent, sponsored by the Eddie Long New Birth Missionary Church, was set up in the Kennedy Park across from my residence on Griffin Street in Northwest Atlanta. My burning curiosity drove me to attend the little gathering. I met the group and politely let them know, in no uncertain words, how I felt about their Pastor, Eddie Long. One of the pastors from the mother church was conducting the service. He was the one I really was interested in engaging in a dialogue. As he held his Pastor Eddie Long in such a high regards, I began to challenge him by letting him know that his Pastor Eddie Long was just a man just like him--and nothing else--and that Jesus Christ was the head of his church and not Eddie Long, which was only the pastor. Quickly, I was invited to leave the premises.
Moreover, this is what's happening in all of these mega churches across America, the attendants are worshipping and admiring the "Man" instead of God; they don't go to worship God but the man--they don't care about God, only the man--especially, the females! One of the chapters in my book, Sir Leonard Speaks..., entitled, "Hollywood goes to Church," I inform about these fake mega preachers at length. In light of what has happened to this fake mega preacher, Eddie Long, I'll be posting a copy of this info on my blog at: http://thundercatspeaks.blogspot.com for your perusal. Dear Fans and Readers:
Arizona's Governor Jan Brewer's enforcement of illegal immigration law went into effect today, one minute after midnight. Come on now, folks; we're not talking about a problem with regular or illegal immigration in this country as a whole; we're talking about problems with "illegal Mexican immigration" in our South and far Western States of the United States; such as, California, New Mexico, Texas, and of course, Arizona.
However, the much talked-about unprotected Mexico boarders are not the problem! The problem is construction companies and other illegal Mexican-immigrant hiring entities--such as, cities, counties and states. Yes, it's true; your governments are hiring illegal Mexican-immigrants and paying them with your tax money! The majority of workers I see working on government projects are Mexicans--only a very few Americans. As they say, "Cut the snake's head off and you kill the snake!" As far as the law concerned, there's no further action that's required of the US Congress. It has already given law enforcement legal authority to go after these contractors (including government) and lay a hefty $20, 000 fine on them for hiring illegal Mexicans or any illegal.
Nevertheless, my message, to the President and Congress, is to get out of the way and let law enforcement do its job! The solution is just that simple! Case closed.

I have extracted the following excerpts from the above brochure for your information, perusal and enlightenment:
The Purpose
Primarily, this brochure is geared towards disseminating pertinent information to the Christian black and the Christian poor white voters. You will notice in this pamphlet, how I have juxtaposed, for your convenience, the views of each party, at a single glance, on sensitive controversial issues that are very important to these voters’ Christian faith and belief. This is strictly for the King James, Bible believing Christians; you atheists and agnostics don’t waste your time!
Description of the Democratic Party
Within the last two decades or more, the Democratic Party has made a three-hundred-sixty-degree, subtle metamorphic turn-around as far as believing in the principles of God. In year 2003, I began noticing this subtle change in the Democratic Party. Up until then, I had been voting like my family voted—straight party line! That King James Version, Bible believing, God-fearing Democratic Party day is gone bye-bye with the wind! Preachers now in the contemporary Democratic Party are preaching the true Word of God and don’t even believe in it. This is a Christian nation; and this is why I feel obligated to inform the ninety-six percent of the American Christian voters about this contemporary Democratic Party.

Many poor people think that the Republican Party only caters to the rich; such perception exists because the Republican Party doesn't believe in the government giving the people everything they need; but, instead, it believes in teaching the people how to earn what they need! God says, "No work, no eat! I've placed life and death and blessings and curses before you--choose life!" Wisely, the Republican Party has chosen life for you; while the Democratic Party has, foolishly, chosen death for you. What a pity!

Like apples and oranges, secular and non secular things don’t add up. The government’s job is to govern the American people’s business and not their religious community affairs
(For) Evolution taught in Schools
The two controversial concepts of creationism and evolutionism should be taught to the student in school and let the student makes up his own mind as to what he thinks what happened.
(For) Abortion
It’s the woman’s body and she should be the one to make the decision to have or not have the baby she’s carrying in her body. After all, abortion is lawful.
(Against) Ten Commandments in Schools
The Ten Commandments promote and proselytize religion and that is unconstitutional. It is the parents’ responsibility to teach their children about God and not our government public schools.
(For) Same-Sex Marriage
As Rev. Jesse Jackson said, “If two same-sex people love each other, there’s nothing wrong with it.” After all, none of us has control over how we are born into the world. These people should be allowed to live a full and happy life just as anyone else.

The first public school classes were held in the same churches the early Americans held their Sunday meeting and worship services. You cannot separate God from man. After all, God made man and had to give him instruction and guidance as to how he should live.
(Against) Evolution being taught in Schools
This is nonsense! It’s inconceivable why our educators would waste their time listening to these crazy theories of evolutionists; such as, the world came into being by the big, bang theory, man has no superior being to give in account for his action and man evolve from an ape and monkey I’ll tell you something, if one of these kooks told me that I evolved from a monkey I would look at him as though if he had just fell of the back of a turnip truck; for any fool knows that a man and a woman are still producing babies and monkeys are still producing monkeys. You see, this alone, kills this evolution thing!
(Against) Abortion
Life begins at conception. As soon as a woman and man sperm link up together, at that moment a human being is conceived and if any one stops the natural development of this human being, by killing him, is guilty of intentional meditated, first degree murder. Man has no right to take something that he can’t give; only God has that right because He can give life.
(For) Ten Commandments in Schools
What other individuals are more qualified to instruct and guide their children than the parents. God made us and he knows more about us and what we need than anyone else on this earth; so He gave us instructions to guide us and direct our lives. Those instructions are incorporated in a guide called the Ten Commandments.
(Against) Same-Sex Marriage
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist or any person with a well balanced logical mind to know that Mother Nature does not tolerate “sameness.” God built this world upon the principle of opposites—male and female. Note the animal kingdom—male and female; the plant kingdom—male and female and even gravitation, the force that keeps things in order, such as, the north and south poles. Remember, back in school, when we played with the magnets of the north and south poles? Every time that we would put the two north poles or the two south poles together, how they would repel each other(they would run away from each other—they couldn’t stand each other); but when we would put the opposites, north and south, magnets together they loved it! This is why God tells a man and a man and a woman and a woman it’s an abomination (it’s disgusting and despicable to him) for them to sleep together. God didn’t have to tell me, because I can look around at Mother Nature and observe this principle of opposites operating in the life of all living creatures and living plants.
There, I've already done the work for you; and all there's left for you to do is make up your mind which party you're comfortable voting for. Of course, the choice is entirely left up to you; so, be responsible and go out there and vote!
